Mark was born in Chadron, Nebraska. His parents moved to the LaGrange community when he was 11 years old. He graduated from LaGrange High School in 1973 then attended Frontier School of the Bible and graduated in 1976. He worked at several ranches before going into business with his father-in law. He then started his own construction business in 1993.
Mark married Christy Downare in 1974. They have 3 sons and 8 grandchildren. Mark was elected to the town council in 2000 and elected mayor in 2005.
“I have enjoyed serving in other areas of public service in the past as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT and on the board for LaGrange Bible Church, LaGrange Mini Fair and LaGrange War Memorial Building.” “LaGrange is and will always be, HOME.”

Kirk Haas has lived in the LaGrange community for most of his life. He graduated from Southeast School in Yoder, then attended Casper College in Casper, WY. Kirk graduated from the University of Wyoming BA in Animal Science with a minor in Economics. In 1995 he married Stephanie and they have 3 children and one grandchild. He works as a loan officer at Points West Community Bank, and also helps on the family ranch. Kirk is member of the LaGrange Volunteer Fire Department. Other interests include hunting and politics. Kirk has served on the LaGrange Town Council since 2017. “Lagrange is home. I've raised my family here and hope to preserve this community for future generations.”

Mike is graduate of Grand Rapids School of Bible and Music and received his BA degree in Biblical Studies from Frontier School of the Bible. He served as Youth Pastor at Wausau Bible Church in Wausau, Wisconsin for 18 years. Mike also worked in food service and was part-owner of a food service brokerage, Carousel Marketing for 13 years in Wisconsin. Mike has been married to Lois for 51 years and has three married children and nine grandchildren. Mike has served as the Dean of Students at Frontier School of the Bible since 2002 He teaches three classes and has other varied responsibilities at the school. Mike is also active in the LaGrange Bible Church in LaGrange where Mike serves as the chairman of the Board. Mike is the president of the Lagrange Volunteer fire department and serves on the town council.

Mike was born & raised in David City, Nebraska. After High school he enlisted in the Navy and served in the Viet Nam area on a ship for a couple years. His total service was from July 1967 – April 1971. Later, he attended what became Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. He then went to Capital Bible Seminary near Washington D.C. graduating in 1981. Mike has been in ministry ever since. Mike met his future wife, Leslie, on May 10th 1972 and they were married June 24th 1972. They have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. Mike and Leslie moved to LaGrange in 2006 and he has been involved with Frontier School of the Bible 1991. Mikes hobbies include gardening “well, I try anyway” and raising rabbits.

I was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1946. My parents, Dean & Mary Fogg, were dairy farmers. I married my husband, Floyd Humphrey in 1964. We bought my parents farm & I have been a dairy farmer all my life. We have three children and eight grandchildren. We came to LaGrange in 2011 after selling the dairy farm. We went into business with some family members. I decided to run for LaGrange Town Council because I have always believed in giving to my community. I was a County Commissioner for Laramie County for 16 years. “God Bless LaGrange & God Bless America”

Cathy has worked for the Town of LaGrange since August 2001. She grew up in Montana and came to Wyoming to obtain her degrees. She met her husband, Tony, while in college and they have three children. Cathy loves spending time with her kids as often as possible. Her hobbies include gardening and working with horses. “I love working in LaGrange, there is never a dull moment!”

Tracy was a council member from 2000-2004. In March 2004, he became the LaGrange Public Works Director. He is a Wyoming native where he received his education. He and his wife, Jenny, have three children and four grandchildren. His hobbies include spoiling his grandkids, hunting and camping with his family.

Cullene has worked for the Town of LaGrange since 2020. She and her husband, Jim, worked in ministry for many years before coming to LaGrange. They have a son, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her favorite hobby is decorating, she also loves to visit antique malls and flea markets. “LaGrange is a small and beautiful town.”
